We truly would like to keep you as a customer for life! Our technicians do generally work pretty quickly on most repairs since they are doing these repairs several times a day. Since they have had quite a bit of training, and we make sure to have only the best technicians, there is generally a price point they require to be paid for the labor that we need to make sure we meet for them. Aside from the labor costs, we will need to make sure we compensate them for the drive time to the home, from the home, cover fuel charges, trucks, maintenance, office staff etc. While all of this adds up quickly, it is also very important to keep our rates as competitive as possible for our valued customers so we are continuously analyzing costs on our end, market norms, and working to set the best price point.
